Ed Reed "Toys for Tots"

In Harford County on Monday night, Ed Reed hosted "Toys for Tots" gift drive benefitting the Ed Reed Hurricane Foundation. Generous fans donated toys and came out to meet Ed. When the Lorenz family arrived, they had brought so many toys they spilled out of the truck!

A wonderful time was had by all... A special thanks from the kids to ED REED and all the generous sponsors and fans that came out to help benefit the TOYS for ToTS gift drive...

17th Annual Towson Turkey Trot 2011

On a beautiful, almost balmy, sunny Thanksgiving morning, Lorenz employees once again gathered together to give thanks! Under the watchful eye of our "company trainer" Chris Sams - Brian Lorenz, Jenny Morgan, Bill Sams, and Natalie Sams all ran the Towson Turkey Trot 5k to support the Towson Family Center Y's Safe Place for Kids campaign. Our fearless leader Joe Lorenz and much of the Lorenz family was on hand to offer support to the runners.

JWR Day - Saturday, November 5th

We got our hands dirty this year at the 9th Annual James W. Rouse Community Service Day. Lorenz Inc. employees started off at the B&O Playground. We knocked down a wall, planted some trees, and spread a crazy pile of mulch. We finished up with the rest of the volunteers at Little Lithuania Park. Over 150 people donated their Saturday. The event was hosted by American Communities Trust and Parks and People.

Winter Weather

The new year has brought us some wintery weather.  Beginning on Christmas day,  and every week of the new year so far, Lorenz Inc. employees have been out salting and plowing keeping the streets and sidewalks clear.  While cold temperatures may have hobbled some of our usual day to day activities we're still out there with the City of Baltimore, UMBC, and the District of Columbia working hard to keep your family safe.

You can check here for the latest weather updates:

Lorenz Inc. appreciates the opportunity to have served the Citizens of Baltimore, Maryland, and the District of Columbia for these many years.
